Local organization empowering women in construction | Women's History Month

Men predominantly pursue careers in construction. Women make up only about 10% of the industry. But one local organization is helping women break concrete and glass ceilings. KCAL News reporter Rina Nakano highlights the non-profit "WINTER" as we honor Women's History Month.
