Law enforcement source says Hannah Kobayashi was seen crossing border into Mexico
A law enforcement source tells KCAL News' Mike Rogers that Hannah Kobayashi, the 30-year-old woman who was reported missing by family members more than two weeks ago, was last seen crossing the border into Mexico.
