LAPD officers seek help finding man who kidnapped two girls in North Hills
Los Angeles police are seeking help from the public as they search for the man who allegedly kidnapped two girls in North Hills on Sunday and offered them alcohol, drugs or sex in return for sexual acts before they were able to get away safely. Nicole Comstock reports.
