LAHSA to review its policies and procedures after CBS2 Investigation
Investigative reporter David Goldstein reports on the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, which after a CBS investigation that revealed workers with the agency trashing perfectly good food meant for the homeless, has said it is now going to review its policies and procedures.
