LA County DA charges unlicensed contractors in Eaton Fire area

Unlicensed contractors who allegedly targeted victims of the Eaton Fire in Altadena face felony charges, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced on Thursday. Nicole Comstock reports.
