Kevin de León, Gil Cedillo removed from LA City Council Committees
Despite their refusal to resign up to this point, acting LA City Council President Mitch O'Farrell on Monday announced that councilmen Gil Cedillo and Kevin de León were both being removed from council committees in the wake of a scandal.
