Karen Bass sworn in as 43rd Mayor of Los Angeles

Rick Montanez reports from Downtown Los Angeles, where Karen Bass was elected as the 43rd Mayor of Los Angeles on Sunday. She is now the first woman and second Black person to hold the position.
