Hollywood family overjoyed after having stolen Yorkshire terrier returned

After being without their beloved Yorkshire terrier, Ted, for nearly a week, the Millspaugh family was overjoyed to hear that he was safe and sound after being turned into a local shelter by an anonymous person.
