Hit-and-run suspect arrested following brief but wild pursuit in Whittier
A hit-and-run suspect was taken into custody following a brief pursuit, when he was swarmed by deputies as he he tossed clothes from his vehicle — and off his own back — on the side of the road in Whittier.
