Evacuation orders remain in place for Perris residents in immediate area of dangerous chemical leak

Kara Finnstrom reports from Perris, where a large chemical leak has caused authorities to place evacuation orders into effect for more than 170 homes and businesses and shut down a major portion of the 215 Freeway.
