EPA cannot clear 3,000 LA properties, refers them to Army Corps of Engineers
More than 3,000 Los Angeles County properties burned by recent wildfires have been deemed to dangerous for U.S. EPA teams to clear so the Army Corps of Engineers will now handle the cleanup efforts.
