El Monte mourns the deaths of two officers shot and killed Tuesday night

Corporal Michael Paredes and Officer Joseph Santana were responding to a report of a stabbing at Siesta Inn Motel when they were ambushed, according to El Monte officials. Both of them had deep ties to the city. Lauren Pozen reports.
