CHP, Caltrans working to keep Cajon Pass clear for traffic
Caltrans crews have been laying de-icing material on pavement to stop black ice from forming, and CHP officers have been running traffic breaks to moderate traffic on the 15 Freeway through the Cajon Pass Friday morning. Kara Finnstrom reports.
