California landlord discusses state's eviction moratorium
Gene Hacker, a Whittier area landlord, joined the studio to discuss California's eviction moratorium and the stresses that it has put on him over the last two years, not only in terms of being a landlord, but in terms of surviving as his budget has gotten tighter and tighter with several tenants not required to pay rent.
