Authorities left speechless after monkey dials 911 in Paso Robles
A capuchin monkey named Rout, living at a Wildlife Conservation Center in Paso Robles, dialed 911 when she stole a handler's cell phone, driving dispatchers bananas as they tried to determine the source of the call.
