71-year-old pedestrian dies after being hit by car outside Burbank Empire Center
A 71-year-old man was fatally struck and killed by a driver outside of the Burbank Empire Center on Sunday afternoon. The driver remained on scene to cooperate with the investigation and police do not believe that drugs or alcohol are factors in the incident.
