25-year-old woman arrested for abandoning newborn at Fullerton gas station
Tena Ezzeddine reports the latest out of Fullerton, where a 25-year-old woman was arrested on Friday for abandoning her newborn baby inside of a gas station bathroom. The incident sheds light on public unawareness of the Safely Surrendered Baby Act, and how parents can safely surrender their babies over to law enforcement without facing prosecution.
