Vice President Biden, His Wife To Visit Los Angeles Thursday
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Vice President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, are heading to Los Angeles Thursday during their West Coast fundraising trip.
While the vice president attends a campaign event, Jill Biden is scheduled to take part in a round-table discussion about "Joining Forces" at the University of Southern California.
The Department of Education funds the $7 million initiative, which supports military families and veterans.
Biden will attend a second event Thursday night to discuss the economy and efforts to create jobs.
