UTEP Hands Riverside 1st Loss Of Season
EL PASO, TX (CBS) -- Julian Washburn scored a game-high 14 points and UTEP beat UC Riverside (1-1) on Sunday afternoon, 52-41.
The Miners bounced back after their opening night loss to UTSA.
Riverside scored just 16 points in the first half, and fall to 1-1 on the season.
The Highlanders will now travel to Ohio to face Youngstown St. on Friday night.
