Suspected Thief Leaves Apology On $20 Bill Before Making Off With Woman's Pant
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (CBSLA.com) — A woman is looking for a thief with very specific taste in fashion.
Leslie Miller said she had been searching for weeks for the very specific pair of pants that was ultimately taken.
"I had been searching for weeks for this certain pair, this certain pattern," she said. "And I found it and was excited when I got the shipment notice and then came back and no pants."
Instead, Miller found penance in her mailbox in the form of a $20 bill with a note written on it.
The note said: "Stole your pants. Felt sorry about it."
