Ride-Sharing Service Announces Launch Of UberEATS App In LA, Other Cities
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The ride-sharing service Uber has created a standalone app designed to make getting food delivered to your door easier!
Uber announced Tuesday the launch of the new UberEATS app, which is now available on iOS and Android devices.
According to the service, those in Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, San Francisco, and Toronto will have access to the app, which will be available both day and night 7 days a week.
Uber says it's been delivering food for the past year and a half in mere minutes.
It plans to offer the app in Atlanta, New York, Seattle, and Washington D.C., among others.
