Purchase A Flag To Help Honor A Veteran

MURRIETA — Flags are for sale in a special fundraiser where you can help by purchasing a flag.

1,200 flags blanketed a field last year in Murrieta to honor veterans, first responders, and loved ones.

The goal of this year's 2^nd Annual Field of Honor fundraiser is to sell 2,000 flags.

Money raised will benefit nonprofits and the city's Veteran's Memorial Project.

Honorees names will be attached to every flag with a yellow ribbon which will be flown November 7^th through November 13^th in observance of Veteran's Day on the 11^th.

After that people who have purchased flags can take them home.
