Proposed Laguna Beach Lifeguard HQ Upgrade Heads To Vote
LAGUNA BEACH (CBS) - City Council members Tuesday will vote on a $5.6 million plan for new lifeguard headquarters, according to the Orange County Register.
Construction on the project, which will replace a 30-year-old building shared by lifeguards, supervisors and marine safety workers, could begin in September, the Register reported.
The new plan includes a 6,772-square-foot building and public restroom on the north end of Main Beach, according to the Register.
