Police Ask For Public's Help To Locate Missing Woman, 29
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Authorities Thursday asked for the public's help to track down a missing 29-year-old South Los Angeles woman.
Esmeralda Janette Gutierrez was last seen around 7:30 a.m. in the 800 block of West 51st Street, said Los Angeles police Officer Gregory Baek.
The missing woman has black hair and brown eyes. She is about 5 feet 1 and weighs about 115 pounds.
Gutierrez, who only speaks Spanish, was last seen wearing jeans, a black shirt, a blue jacket and white shoes.
Police urged anyone with information regarding Gutierrez's whereabouts to contact LAPD Missing Persons Unit detectives at (213) 996-1800 or 1-877-LAPD-24-7.
