Pedestrian Fatally Struck In South LA
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A pedestrian was fatally struck in South Los Angeles Wednesday.
The accident took place around 6:35 a.m. at 83rd Street and Vermont Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was unclear if the driver stopped.
All southbound lanes of 83rd Street were closed during the investigation.
