Partygoers Reportedly Threw Rocks, Bottles At Police Officers Trying To Disperse Crowd
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Police were trying to break up a party in Boyle Heights Friday night when partygoers threw rocks and bottles at them.
Officers were sent to the 300 block of Cornwell Street at about 11 p.m., LAPD Sgt. Kristin Hagerty said.
"When they responded, the people inside the party decided to throw rocks and bottles at the officers rather than disperse," she said.
No officers were reported hurt. No immediate arrests were made, Hagerty said.
