Men! Wear These At Your Own Risk
You can't make this stuff up. UK newspaper, the Daily Mail, reports pantyhose for men is a growing trend. Not just that they exist, mind you, but that they're a growing trend. I tend to take such reports with a grain of salt. There was an article in the New York Times a while back, that high-heels for men were a growing trend, and the only evidence the story offered, was a picture of two guys in Hollywood, wearing them, with the scowling faces you associate with professional runway models. Or grown men with sore feet because of their high heels. I haven't seen any men wearing them since then --including the scowling guys-- so I am prepared to call the phrase 'growing trend' a bit of an overstatement.

the Daily says popular potential product names so far include brosiery, guylons, and mantyhose. Somebody please shoot me. The ad at the top of this item comes from a French company; but a firm in St. Louis also seems to have hopped on board. In the old days, tights were something worn mostly by court jesters. My, how times have changed.
