In the deal, the actor was placed on three years probation and sentenced to 16 hours of community service and 52 weeks in a domestic violence counseling program. The Academy Award winner must also pay a $400 fine.
The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office has chosen not to file charges against Grigorieva, who was investigated for allegedly trying to extort money from the actor.
