Man, His Dog Found Shot To Death In Car
GOOD HOPE (CBS) — A 23-year-old man and his dog have been found shot to death in a car near Good Hope, authorities said Monday.
Alfredo Sanchez Garcia of Good Hope was pronounced dead after being found in his car on Lukens Lane at 2:10 p.m. Sunday.
Sheriff's deputies responding to a report of a crash found a green Mercury sedan that had collided into another vehicle on Lukens Lane, Sgt. Brian Reno of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said.
Garcia, who was in the driver's seat of the sedan, had several gunshot wounds, Reno said.
A large dog, which was also inside the car, was also killed by the gunfire, according to the sergeant.
