SANTA ANA (AP) — A 27-year-old man was charged Monday with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in an Anaheim park bathroom stall.

The Orange County District Attorney's office says Frank Zsemlye followed the girl and her 7-year-old sister to the women's bathroom in Modjeska Park on July 19. Prosecutors allege he dragged the older girl into a stall and fondled her.

Good Samaritans who heard the girl scream from a women's bathroom chased him and flagged down a police car.

Zsemlye was charged with three felonies Monday, including lewd acts on a child under 14. He faces 15 years to life in prison if convicted.

Prosecutors say they'll request his bail to be set at $1 million.
