DUI driver leads police pursuit through Los Angeles County
The Los Angeles Police Department was in pursuit of a DUI driver near South LA.
The suspect drove around South LA and several nearby cities, including Long Beach, Paramount and Compton. At times, the suspect sped down roads and recklessly cut through traffic before entering the 710 Freeway.
While on the highway, the driver hit speeds as high as 90 mph as officers trailed behind.
The suspect traversed LA County's freeway system for several minutes before exiting the 110 Freeway back in South LA.
