LAUSD Motorcycle Officer Injured In Car Crash In Mar Vista
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A Los Angeles Unified School District police motorcycle officer was slightly injured Wednesday in an accident in the Mar Vista area, authorities said.
The accident was reported about 8:40 a.m. at Palms Boulevard and Beethoven Street, according to Los Angeles police Officer Wendy Reyes of the media relations office.
The officer suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment, Reyes said.
The cause of the accident remained under investigation.
