Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (June 2)

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Skies will be clear Thursday, but we do have some gusty winds in the high desert and along the I-5 corridor.

Expect warmer weather Thursday and Friday before a cool down this weekend as another cut-off low moves into Southern California.

Friday will be the warmest day with a hint of an off-shore flow. The cut-off low is moving pretty slowly and will make its movement inland on Sunday, which would mean a chance of precipitation north of Point Conception.

The greater Los Angeles area should remain dry. Another trough is behind this one, though, so the roller coaster ride continues.

Coastal - upper 60s
Basin - low to mid 70s
Valleys -low 80s
Deserts - mid 70s
Mountains - low 60s
