Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (July 13)

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — The dreary morning pattern will continue Wednesday as the marine layer hunkers down along the coast.

It's being fueled by a broad trough that's sitting along the entire West Coast, which means we are seeing temperatures nearly 10 degrees below average.

With the thickened marine layer, we can expect the possibility of drizzle as well. We will be stuck in this pattern through Saturday.

By next week, the high pressure builds back in and we will once again flirt with triple-digit heat in our valley and inland locations.

So far, even with the high building into the four corner states, there doesn't appear to be any monsoonal moisture moving into the area.

Coastal - low 70s
Basin - mid to upper 70s
Valleys - low 80s droll
Mountains - mid 70s
Deserts - mid to upper 80s
