Jane Seymour Honors Celebrities With An 'Open Heart'

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Actress and jewelry designer Jane Seymour stopped by the KCAL9 studios Wednesday to talk about her 2nd annual Open Hearts Foundation event.

Seymour and her husband are hosting the event at their Malibu home this Saturday. The charity provides funds to charitable organizations in the areas of Health, Arts, Education, Sports, and honors individuals that exemplify the Open Heart Philosophy in their service to others.

At the event, Jane will honor four notable individuals and award them with the Open Heart Award. This year's honorees include legendary country music singer Glen Campbell and his wife Kim, John and Roxanna Green (the parents of Christina-Taylor Green who was tragically killed in the Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords shooting), Actress Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete, and Olympic Gold Medalist Kristi Yamaguchi. CNN anchor Christi Paul will serve as the evening's emcee.
