Investigation Underway After 2 Found Injured In Riverside Parking Lot
RIVERSIDE (CBSLA.com) — An investigation was underway Sunday after authorities say they found two people injured in a parking lot in Riverside, one of which had been shot.
Riverside police said officers received several calls of shots fired on University Avenue after 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
They also located a woman who had sustained multiple blunt force trauma injuries in the same parking lot.
Both were transported to a hospital.
The man was in critical but stable condition, police said. The woman was in stable condition.
An investigation is underway.
