Halle Berry's Stalker Sentenced To 386 Days In Jail
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Halley Berry's stalker was sentenced to just over a year in jail Thursday, TMZ reports.
The celebrity gossip site says the Richard Franco struck a deal with prosecutors to plead no contest to felony stalking.
Burglary charges were dropped against Franco in exchange for his guilty plea.
He was sentenced to 386 days in jail and received credit for 193 days already served. However, authorities say he will likely be released late Thursday.
Franco was also sentenced to five years probation and a one-year psychological counseling program, TMZ said.
Franco was arrested outside of Berry's home last year. It was the third time he had trespassed on her property, TMZ reported.
