'Our House Is Under Threat Of Being Burned', Ellen DeGeneres Shares Via Twitter
SANTA BARBARA (CBSLA) — Ellen DeGeneres, who has a home in Santa Barbara, says its under a threat of being burned as a result of the Thomas fire.
DeGeneres said via Twitter Sunday afternoon that she just evacuated her pets.
"I'm praying for everyone in our community and thankful to all the incredible firefighters," she said.
As of Sunday, the Thomas fire had scorched 173,000 acres, the equivalent of 270 square-miles.
