David Gonzales
David Gonzales is co-anchor of the highly-rated KCAL 9 News: Noon and 2 p.m. He joined the station in 1995, after three-years of anchoring duties at KCOP in Los Angeles.
David began his 27-year broadcast career in Salt Lake City, working in radio news before making the transition to television. Jobs in Fresno and San Diego followed before he came to Southern California.
David Gonzales has collected numerous Emmy, Golden Mike, and Sigma Delta Chi awards over the years.
In his spare time David enjoys horseback riding and playing the guitar. He and his wife Nancy are the parents of a young daughter.
