Nothing makes a carnivore happier than a thick and juicy slab of prime rib. Pink from edge to edge, surrounded by crispy seasoned fat and drippings, and when done right it melts in your mouth. Most people are under the impression you can only get the best prime rib at a commercial steakhouse or celebrity chef owned restaurant. While these places are optimal their prices often are not. Mainstream and commercial restaurants have their place, but in the land of Los Angeles it's in the lesser-known establishments where all the good stuff is. You can find anything anywhere if you know where to look. If you're looking for prime rib, you'll want to check out these restaurants.

In fact, it has been their signature dish since they opened their doors way back in 1954. Sure, there are other great options on the menu, but you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not ordering this storied menu item.
