8 people rescued from assisted living facility fire in Glendale
Glendale firefighters rescued eight people from an assisted living facility engulfed in flames on Friday.
Six residents, one staff member and a neighbor who ran to help were taken to the hospital, according to the Glendale Fire Department. All were hospitalized with minor injuries.
Firefighters said the home will be red-tagged, and the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
