A Consumer Reports study looks at how in-car "infotainment systems," including touch screens and controllers on the dashboard, are taking our eyes off the road. Acura, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla and Volvo are rated as having the most distracting systems. Don Dahler reports.
