Tillman's elevates the everyday cocktail thanks to a menu designed by their resident cocktail consultant and mixologist, Lucy Brennan. Yes, mixology is a profession, and Brennan is one of the top 5 in the country - and the drinks at Tillman's are evidence why.   • 87 Ways: Tanqueray Ten Gin, fresh lemon/lime juice, simple syrup, apricot puree, peach bitters. Garnished with fresh lavender sprig.

Eno's has a drink menu to suit every taste - unless that taste is for Miller Lite. Their beer list runs the gamut from Texas staples like St. Arnold's Lawnmower to seasonal specials like Real Ale's Lost Gold IPA. You want wine? The kings of cocktails. The dukes of drinks. The bosses of booze. Titles and honors abound for the bartending and mixology team at Bolsa, who recently relaunched their cocktail menu, with such beautiful concoctions such as:

  • Bottle Rocket: Hayman's Gin, Grapefruit, Arugula, Pink Peppercorn, Blood Orange Soda

On Wednesdays, Bolsa takes it up a notch with a cocktail challenge, featuring ingredients suggested by the restaurant's Facebook fans. Recent ingredients include liquid smoke, cherry wood and plum jelly - bottoms up!
