Teen takeovers have become a problem across the country, including in Detroit.
The flashmob-style gatherings have caused frustrations for some and resulted in some serious consequences. In Pontiac, officials are doing what they can to engage with their youth and stop these takeovers before they start. Our Health Kalb reports on the city's first Teen Kickback event.
