Vigil held for 4-year-old killed in Detroit park shooting

A vigil was held on Tuesday in honor of 4-year-old Samir Grubbs, who was killed in a shooting at Detroit's Skinner Playfield. An 18-year-old was also killed in the shooting. Two teens have been arrested and charged.
