University of Detroit Mercy professor Roy Finkenbine speaks on African American history education
Roy Finkenbine, African History history professor at the University of Detroit Mercy, sits down with CBS News Detroit to take a closer look at Black history education. Finkenbine has taught courses in African American history, modern African, slave resistance, Civil War Era and the Underground Railroad. He is also the co-chair of the department.
