Sterling Heights police offer training for new drivers with special needs
The Sterling Heights Police Department in Michigan is helping new drivers with special needs understand what to expect and what to do during a traffic stop. The project is called SAVES (Specialized Awareness for Vulnerable and Exceptional Students).
