Residents speak out after Detroit allegedly kidnapped, assaulted teen girl
Prosecutors say a Detroit man who has a criminal history allegedly held a 14-year-old girl in a home for a week, between March 3 and March 10. A neighbor man who lives right across the street told CBS Detroit that he called the police as soon as he realized something was off.
