Neighbor of man arrested in crash at DTW speaks out on his behavior
A Southgate resident who lives near the man arrested in connection with Friday’s crash at the Evans Terminal of Detroit Metro Airport is speaking out. Ken Garvin hopes the man will get the help he needs. As our Veronica Ortega explains, Garvin says he noticed something off hours before the incident.
