Michigan Supreme Court upholds no-fault auto insurance ruling
Early Monday morning, the Michigan Supreme Court upheld a previous lower court ruling, saying those who were injured in car crashes and began receiving care before the 2019 no-fault auto insurance change need to have their care maintained.
